VPN Platform

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes the data VPN Platform uses to provide accounts, subscriptions, device management, connection state, support, security, and audit controls during closed beta.

Data in scope

VPN Platform uses account identity, subscription and billing metadata, customer-managed device records, VPN account and session state, operational logs, request and correlation IDs, security and audit events, and support requests.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate accounts, enforce subscription and device limits, deliver controlled connection profiles, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud and abuse, handle billing state, support account deletion review, and resolve support or dispute requests.

Connection profile material

VPN configuration and private key material is handled only as long as technically necessary for connection profile delivery. Revoked or expired configuration is not issued again.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as necessary for account and service delivery, billing and accounting, fraud and security, audit or legal obligations, and support or dispute resolution. Exact retention periods are maintained in internal policy and are not hardcoded in the frontend.

Browsing activity

This policy does not state that VPN Platform stores customer browsing history, and it does not make an absolute no-log promise.
