Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern VPNPlatform accounts, subscriptions, registered devices, and VPN access provided by VISPEX GROUP SP. Z O.O. They were last updated on 10 September 2026.
Service
VPNPlatform provides account-based VPN access, plan selection, registered-device management, location selection, connection state, and access to currently supported VPN locations. Location availability may change when infrastructure, safety, legal, or maintenance conditions require it.
Accounts and billing
Customers need an authenticated account and an active entitlement before connecting. Personal Monthly costs €9.99 per month and Personal Yearly costs €89.99 per year, subject to the taxes and localized presentation required by the payment channel. Stripe processes website subscriptions and Google Play Billing processes Android in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the channel used for purchase. One account receives one entitlement regardless of the supported payment channel; the service prevents overlapping active purchases where the billing channel permits.
Cancellation and refunds
A customer may cancel a subscription through the payment channel used for purchase. Unless the channel, applicable law, a refund, or a security action requires earlier termination, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and access remains available until then. Cancellation is not itself a refund. Refunds and reversals are handled under the payment channel's rules and mandatory consumer law; a completed refund or charge reversal may end access.
Acceptable use
Customers may use VPN Platform only in accordance with applicable law. Unlawful activity, fraud, abuse of third-party systems, credential attacks, malware distribution, spam, attacks, DDoS activity, and prohibited circumvention are not allowed.
Device limits
Personal plans allow up to five registered devices. This is a registered-device limit, not a promise of five simultaneous VPN connections. Customers can view and revoke registered devices; revoked devices cannot start new VPN connections.
VPN availability
Personal Monthly and Personal Yearly provide the same supported VPN-location catalog; the yearly plan is not limited to the Netherlands. Country and server availability can change. Speed and latency depend on network, device, provider, and infrastructure conditions. VPNPlatform does not guarantee that every third-party service or site will be accessible, does not guarantee 100% uptime, and does not guarantee absolute anonymity.
Third-party services
VPN Platform depends on third-party identity, billing, hosting, and VPN infrastructure. Service interruptions, maintenance, security interventions, payment state, or temporary location unavailability may affect access.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for unpaid billing, refunded or reversed payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or an unsupported provider state. We take reasonable care in providing the service, but availability and performance depend on third-party networks and infrastructure. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the user.
