Terms of Service
These closed beta terms describe how VPN Platform accounts, subscriptions, device limits, and VPN access work.
Service
VPN Platform provides account-based VPN access, plan selection, device management, location selection, protocol selection, connection state, and controlled connection profile delivery for supported launch locations.
Accounts and billing
Customers need an authenticated account and an active subscription before adding devices or connecting. Plans, prices, billing period, included devices, checkout, active subscription state, and payment failure state are controlled by server-side billing configuration.
Cancellation and refunds
A customer may cancel a subscription. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period, access remains available until that period ends, and resume may be available before the effective cancellation date when the backend and billing provider support it. Cancellation is not a refund and does not immediately terminate service unless specifically requested and supported.
Acceptable use
Customers may use VPN Platform only in accordance with applicable law. Unlawful activity, fraud, abuse of third-party systems, credential attacks, malware distribution, spam, attacks, DDoS activity, and prohibited circumvention are not allowed.
Device limits
Device limits are enforced by plan. Customers can view devices, add a device when allowed, and revoke a device. Revoked devices cannot start new VPN sessions or retrieve new connection profiles.
VPN availability
Country and server availability can change. Speed and latency depend on network, device, provider, and infrastructure conditions. VPN Platform does not guarantee that every third-party service or site will be accessible, does not guarantee 100% uptime, does not guarantee absolute anonymity, and does not make an absolute no-log claim.
Third-party services
VPN Platform depends on third-party identity, billing, hosting, and VPN infrastructure. Service interruptions, maintenance, security interventions, payment state, or temporary location unavailability may affect access.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for unpaid billing, abuse, security risk, legal requirement, or unsupported provider state. Final limitation of liability wording remains subject to separate legal approval.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the user.
